Managed logistics provider BlueGrace Logistics announced it has acquired Idaho-based 3PL Truk TMS. Truk TMS had been operating as a BlueGrace partner and will now have full access to the company's technology platform, which leverages data to drive better outcomes. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. It plans to integrate Truk TMS into its legacy operations.
