PONTIAC, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- #UWMC--UWM Holdings Corporation (NYSE: UWMC) ("UWMCâ€ ) announced today that its direct subsidiary, UWM Holdings, LLC ("UWM Holdingsâ€ ), priced its offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2031 (the "Notesâ€ ).
