The United States is preparing to launch a 5billionfundtosecuresuppliesofcriticalminerals.ThefundwouldbesetupthroughtheU.S.InternationalDevelopmentFinanceCorporation(DFC)inpartnershipwithNewYork–basedinvestmentfirmOrionResourcePartners,withbothpartiescommittingatleast5 billion fund to secure supplies of critical minerals.
