US breakfast and brunch franchise Broken Yolk Café is set to open four new locations in Dallas-Fort Worth in the US state of Texas. The development follows the brand’s recent multi-unit agreement with business partners JP Wu and John Zhang, which involved the acquisition of the franchise's existing restaurant located in McKinney, Texas.
