Prudential has made leadership changes following the announcement that its regional CEO, John Cai, is set to depart today from the company for personal reasons. Naveen Tahilyani, currently a regional CEO, will assume responsibility for an expanded portfolio covering South East Asian markets including Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia, in addition to Africa and India.
