US-based wealth management solutions provider AssetMark Financial has unveiled its plans to acquire Efficient Advisors, owned by Fiduciary Services Group (FSG). Efficient Advisors brings approximately $3bn in client assets into AssetMark’s national registered investment adviser (RIA) platform.
