Kimberly-Clark is buying Kenvue, the maker of Tylenol, in a deal worth more than $48 billion, the companies announced on Nov. 3. The deal, which has been approved by each company's board of directors, is expected to close in the second half of 2026 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. The transaction will create a combined company in charge of massive consumer goods brands, including Kenvue-owned Tylenol, Band-Aid and Benadryl, plus Kimberly-Clark's Kleenex, Cottonelle and Huggies brands.
