Target Settles NJ Warehouse Pay Claims Over Off-the-Clock Work
Target has agreed to pay $4.6 million to resolve a class action lawsuit claiming it failed to fully compensate employees for time worked at its three New Jersey distribution centers. The settlement benefits individuals who worked for Target at facilities in Burlington, Perth Amboy and Logan Township since Aug. 6, 2019.
