OX2, a renewable energy developer, has completed the construction of the Lestijärvi wind farm in Finland and handed over to a consortium comprising energy companies Oulun Energia, Kymppivoima and Kuopion Energia. The wind farm features 69 turbines and has a total capacity of 455.4MW.
