NatWest Group has agreed to purchase UK wealth manager Evelyn Partners from Permira and Warburg Pincus-advised funds in a deal valued at £2.7bn ($3.6bn). The combined business will oversee £127bn in assets under management and administration. Evelyn Partners manages £69bn in client assets.
