US-based insurance company Acrisure has finalised its acquisition of Vave, a property-focused managing general agent (MGA), from Canopius Group. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Vave will join Acrisure Underwriting, Acrisure’s MGA platform in the US insurance market.
