McDonald's U.S. President Joe Erlinger is trying to dismantle rumors that the company significantly pumped up prices beyond inflationary rates.  "Recently, we have seen viral social posts and poorly sourced reports that McDonald’s has raised prices significantly beyond inflationary rates.
