The maker of Branston baked beans and olive oil brand Napolina has announced plans for a £1.5bn listing on the London Stock Exchange in a boost for the City’s ailing market. Princes Group, which is owned by Italian food conglomerate Newlat, said a flotation would be the “next step” in its journey.
