T-Mobile makes harsh move as phone customers vanish

After seeing a spike in phone customers canceling their service, T-Mobile is being pushed to make difficult internal decisions amid mounting pressure within the company. After raising rates for some of its older phone plans in 2024, T-Mobile rolled out another price increase for those plans in April last year, which frustrated many customers.
