US-based Charcuterie Artisans has entered a deal to acquire La Quercia Cured Meats. The deal gives Charcuterie Artisans ownership of La Quercia’s production plant in Norwalk, Iowa, along with its full product portfolio. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
