Organon is selling its JADA post-partum haemorrhage (PPH) treatment system to Laborie Medical in a deal valued at up to $465m. The US-based company will receive $440m at the deal’s closing, with additional payments up to $25m, subject to certain 2026 revenue targets being achieved.
